The morning yoga session on the grass near the boat house in City Park. Yoga Rocks the Park! is a weekly summer-long gathering held in Denver’s City Park and Alamo Plactia Park every Sunday until September 25th. Organizers say the goal is to have people connect through yoga, meditation and music to discover our shared enlightened nature. Each week Yoga Rocks the Park offers heart-opening live music, instruction from top local and national instructors, a fun and diverse vendor area. Yoga Rocks the Park! donates a percentage of sponsorship and vendor contributions to Colorado-based, non-profit Yoga World Reach which offers yoga and alternative therapy programs to those in need both locally and around the globe.
